WALK-IN REGISTRATION
Walk-In Registration at Prescott YMCA 9 am-2 pm:

REGISTER ONLINE
- Read over all instructions.
- Print 2 Copies of Registration forms (keep one for yourself)
- Mail the other to Region Mailbox
- Include copy of player's Birth Certificate (if 1st time Registering)
The Grace Sparkes Activity Center ("Armory") in Prescott on Gurley St. has AYSO Registration Forms. You may complete the registration forms, include correct payment, and drop materials in the AYSO mailbox inside the Parks & Rec Office. PLEASE NOTE: The Parks & Rec Office does NOT accept payments for AYSO, answer questions on behalf of AYSO, nor do they make change. The Parks & Rec office only has a mailbox for AYSO. If making payment you must use a check and include the correct amount (see rates below). You may also mail documents to the AYSO PO Box (see bottom of page).
2013 Rates:
- Register before July 1, 2013: $60 first child / $55 each additional
- July 1 - July 31, 2013: $70 first child / $65 each additional
- After July 31: $80 first child / $75 each additional

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
AYSO is an all-volunteer soccer program. To continue with our excellent soccer program, we need coaches, referees, assistant referees, and volunteers for game days. If you would like to volunteer please let someone know at the Referee Table at Pioneer Park during Saturday games.
Season Refund Policy:
Withdraw before participating in any event - Full refund upon submission of written notification to the Registrar that a player has withdrawn. Withdraw after participating in practice or through the 3rd game of the season - 50% refund upon submission of written notification to the Registrar that a player has withdrawn and surrender of uniform. Withdraw after 3rd game of the season - No refund

AYSO Region 172 would like to thank the City of Prescott for co-sponsoring the program. AYSO 172 would like to thank the Prescott Parks & Recreation Department for maintaining and lining the fields for our regular season as well as the Mile High Classic Soccer Tournament.

FREE SOCCER CLINIC
Free Soccer Clinic – Saturday, August 17, 2013 (Prescott)
Members of the 2013 Yavapai Soccer Team will be conducting a free soccer clinic at Ken Lindley Field in Prescott on Saturday, August 17. The clinic will be held from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. Boys & Girls ages 5-16 are eligible to participate. No registration is required. If possible, participants should bring their own soccer ball.
In addition, a coach clinic will take place in conjunction with the players clinic. All participants will receive a special souvenir gift. Come meet the 2013 Soccer Team Members prior to their season opener!
