FALL 2012 SEASON
Registration for Fall 2012 is OPEN. Rates for Fall 2012 are as follows:
Registered by Jun 30: $60 first child / $50 additional siblings
Registered July 1 - 30: $65 first child / $60 additional siblings
Registered after August 1: $75 first child / $70 additional siblings
There are a few ways to register your players. Read below for details.
WALK-IN REGISTRATION: Held at the Prescott YMCA (750 Whipple St):
Saturday, May 19 9am - 2pm
Saturday, June 16 9am - 2pm
Saturday, July 14 9am - 2pm
Thursday, August 9 3pm - 8pm
ONLINE REGISTRATION: www.eayso.org
NOTE: if you elect to do online registration, you will still NEED to
Print Out your Registration Form, Sign the form, and Mail with payment to Region PO Box.
PRESCOTT PARKS & REC OFFICE: Registration forms can also be completed and
dropped off at the Prescott Parks & Rec Office (824 E Gurley St. -- Armory Building)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
AYSO is an all-volunteer soccer program. To continue with our excellent soccer program, we need coaches, referees, assistant referees, and volunteers for game days. If you would like to volunteer please let someone know at the Referee Table at Pioneer Park during Saturday games.
Season Refund Policy:
Withdraw before participating in any event - Full refund upon submission of written notification to the Registrar that a player has withdrawn. Withdraw after participating in practice or through the 3rd game of the season - 50% refund upon submission of written notification to the Registrar that a player has withdrawn and surrender of uniform. Withdraw after 3rd game of the season - No refund

AYSO Region 172 would like to thank the City of Prescott for co-sponsoring the program. AYSO 172 would like to thank the Prescott Parks & Recreation Department for maintaining and lining the fields for our regular season as well as the Mile High Classic Soccer Tournament.

Free Soccer Clinics
Members of the 2012 Yavapai College Soccer Team, in conjunction with Century 21-Arizona West, will conduct two free youth soccer clinics for Boys & Girls, Ages 5-16 Years at the following locations:
Friday, Aug 10, 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Ken Lindley Field
&
Saturday, Aug. 11, 9:30 - 11:00 AM
Mt. Valley Park
Coach Clinics will be held in conjunction with player clinics.
